Expedited Partner Therapy (EPT) Pharmacies For Spokane County

Physician Information

You can call or fax the prescriptions directly to one of the pharmacies listed for your county. Only these pharmacies stock the free, partner delivered medication. Please indicate to the pharmacy that you wish to call in the free Public Health medication Pack 1 or Pack 2.

(Chlamydia)
Pack 1- azithromycin (Zithromax), 1 gram one time by mouth as soon as possible
(Gonorrhea)
Pack 2- azithromycin (Zithromax), 1 gram, and cefpodoxime (Vantin), 200 milligrams 2 tablets (400 milligrams) or cefixime (Suprax), 400 milligrams 1 tablet one time by mouth as soon as possible
