(Chlamydia)
Pack 1- azithromycin (Zithromax), 1 gram PO once stat
(Gonorrhea)
Pack 2- azithromycin (Zithromax), 1 gram and cefpodoxime (Vantin), 200mg 2 tablets (400mg) or cefixime (Suprax), 400mg 1 tablet once PO stat
